Shipment Policy

  1. We use USPS mail for nearly all orders sent in the United States and International.  Rates are subject to change by USPS.
  2. All customers will receive a USPS tracking number once their order is shipped.
  3. Shipping time does not include production time.  Production time can vary between 1-12 business days depending on season and availability of stock.
  4. Please note prices do NOT include VAT and other possible customs taxes unique to the customers country. If a customer does not pay the VAT the item may be sent back and Qstomize  will not refund this order. 
  5. An order order may be delayed due to several factors outside Qstomize’s control including national holidays, customs processing in the customers country, VAT, and other possible scenarios.
  6. We do our very, very best and are very rarely late with deliveries.  By placing an order with us the customer accepts possible delays in delivery and do not fault Qstomize for a delay in delivery.  We issue refunds for faulty delivery only in extreme situations or when the error is on us. We do not issue refunds for late delivery. 
  7. If a customer submits a wrong address and requests to change the address more than 24 hours after the order is placed, the customer will not be issued a refund and the order will not be resent.  Please check your address when submitting.
  8. Once an order is submitted we cannot promise to cancel or refund your order.  Usually orders are sent to production within a few hours to ensure speedy delivery time for all customers.   If your order has entered production you can get your order refunded by sending the product back to Qstomize.
